**Apprentice Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency**
**Salary + Commission & great career progression**

**The property market is buzzing at the moment so we are looking to recruit an additional sales person in our busy Kidderminster Branch.**

**Our ideal Apprentice Sales Negotiator**
- Has some experience working with customers
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is able to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with mínimal supervision.
- Is accurate, numerate and computer literate.
- Is a team player with excellent organisational skills.
- Must be a car owner with a full driving licence (preferably clean)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimise every opportunity to secure market appraisal appointments to help our listers win Instructions.This will be by taking responsibility for generating market appraisal appointments and canvassing properties
- Conduct viewings in a professional manner, gaining feedback from the applicant and ensuring this is passed on to the residential sales team and our vendor
- Supporting the residential sales team with greeting new customers, ascertaining their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Optimise every opportunity to cross sell other Connells services such as mortgage services, conveyancing and survey & valuation
