Job description **The Company** We offer the Ultimate Casino Experience in Ireland. **The Opportunity** MAX Casino is recruiting Full Time & Part Time Team Leaders / Supervisor's to join the Team at Max Casino located at Texaco Filling station in Muff Co Donegal Rate per hour £11.00 plus 1 euro extra per hour after 12 midnight Full time 33 - 44 hours Part time 20 or 30 hours The job that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in the Gaming industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational. **Team Leader / Supervisor** As a Team Leader / Supervisor you will be supporting the manager in the day to day operation of the business. You must build relationships with our customers and potential customers and assist in ensuring we are supplying the appropriate goods and services to meet their needs and wants As part of our team you must be customer focused and goal orientated **Responsibilities** Support the manager in the day to day operation of the business Deliver the best quality standard customer service in the industry Deal with all customers communications in a competent friendly and professional manner Ensure good interaction between employees and management Assist attracting training and retaining your employee team and developing them to their full potential Consider and develop novel and improved ways of carrying out tasks Push for the implementation of company procedures in all business environments These responsibilities are neither exclusive or exhaustive and may be changed by the company **Qualifications / Experience** Cash handling experience A Supervisor should have retail training or qualification or qualification by experience We expect excellent communications skills confidence and ability to achieve 5 GCSE or more Worked with the public Worked in the leisure industry Facebook: “Max Sports Casino Muff" **Salary**: £11.00 per hour Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Derry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - cash handling: 1 year (preferred) - betting shop: 1 year (preferred) - customer service: 1 year (preferred)
