**About the Position**:

- ** CAS Compliance Officer** to join our friendly and collaborative Admissions Team, based out of London.**The main aspects of this exciting role are working in the CAS Compliance Team focusing on improving the student journey through the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) stage and ensuring that a student-focused service is delivered to all applicants.**
- You’ll report to the CAS Compliance Manager and will be primarily responsible for processing CAS requests for partner institutions, checking the applicant documentation and maintaining accurate records in line with the University’s and UKVI requirements.
- Process CAS requests for University Partners
- Conduct financial and compliance checks for all CAS requests
- Check CAS statements for errors, requesting sponsor notes as required
- Conduct Compliance Interviews
- Ensure the data on CAS Shield is correct
- Escalate complex cases to the CAS Compliance Manger to review
- Manage workload to ensure that SLAs are met
- Collate data for intake reviews to streamline and improve the CAS process
- Contact applicants directly to request missing documents
- Assist Admissions officers with QAHE Compliance queries
- Attend compliance meetings with partner institutions as and when required

This role would be a great fit if you’ve got strong admin experience and a ridiculously high attention to detail (as the CAS Compliance Team are the last people to check all the documents, and any errors can have serious consequences for our students)**We’d love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too**:

- Ability to deal with high volume of data.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Efficient with using Microsoft office, Teams, Excel
- Flexibility on being able to come into the office in London.

**If you’ve also got the following, that would be fabulous, but not essential**:

- Experience working in Higher Education.
- Demonstrate experience in working with sensitive and high volume of data.
- Desirable experience in working with CAS and UKVI policies.
- Understanding of UKVI Student Route
