Great now let me tell you more about the job, as all is not as it seems in care anymore. Currently you **DO NOT need to be vaccinated**. But you must be willing to test twice a week.
Firstly we are looking for confident individuals who have a passion for helping others. Our clients range from early 20's to late 90's we even have a client who is over a 100.
Your role is varied, no two days will ever the same.
You will be confident in preparing basic meals, hot drinks, cleaning and making beds.
You will also be confident in holding a conversation with all walks of life and you will be vigilant in looking for signs of illness and or abuse.
Our role is at the fore front and this means we must ensure we keep all our clients safe and free from harm.
You will need to wash and dress our clients and sometimes there may be the odd accident that needs to be discreetly addressed.
All of this leans to you building a beautiful relationship with your clients. You will mainly look after the same clients each day and you will get to know them better than anyone, you will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met on a day to day basis as well as looking at ways we can make improvements.
This role is great for those studying to be a social worker, Nurse, Paramedic. Or if you would like to go into nursing and or train to be any of the above we are able to offer a work based learning apprenticeship, but without the poor pay, we pay you the same rate as our other staff, but you get to train whilst you earn.
Or you may be someone who loves care work and is interested in just the job side.
What ever you are looking to do we can support you.
We have **Full Time, Part Time, Evenings, just weekends** and other hours to fit with most lifestyles.
**What do you need to know........**
You must be able to commit to alternative weekends and be willing to commit to contracted hours per week. The rota is **2 weeks in advance**, so you will always now what you are working.
All calls are located close together and within the area you are located to.
We supply you with a **Blue Light card, **which is well worth it after your first 3 months.
We offer monthly incentives, concert tickets, food vouchers, bonus payments
Bank Holidays are paid at **time and a half**
Xmas Day is **Double time**
