We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to alongside children in school with an EHCP. This role will primarily be based in Reception.

**We are looking to appoint someone with**:

- A proven track record of working with children with ASD/ADHD/Global Development Delay
- A proactive approach to developing children’s learning
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- The ability to work flexibly as part of a small team
- A passion to inspire children to learn and achieve
- Experience using colourful semantics
- Experience delivering SALT programs
- Experience supporting emotional well being
