**Apprentice Recruitment Consultant**

We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our close-knit team, DRN Within Recruitment. As a fast-growing company we are rapidly expanding and have a great opportunity for an individual.
- DRN Within Recruitment is a permanent and temporary staffing agency, working with UK’s top early years providers._

**Your duties would include**:

- Business development in 360 functions
- Negotiating with businesses
- Building long lasting working relationships with clients
- Placing adverts on recruitment job boards
- Maintaining social media accounts
- Arranging appointments
- Conducting phone and in person interviews
- Obtaining references, assisting with HR

- Full time, Monday to Friday
