Academy Sports Therapist

**Role**: Academy Sports Therapist (Part time)
**Salary**: £20.80 per hour
**Hours**: Zero-hours (predominantly working weekends and evenings). There is the expectation to work 2 shifts a month.
**Location**: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
**Contract Type**: Casual, hourly paid

Support our elite medical team on matchdays and training sessions
We are recruiting for casual sports therapists to support our medical team with match day cover and training sessions in our boy’s academy. The role will include assessing acute injuries pitch side and providing a management plan to the coaches and report all injuries, outcome measures and treatment plans. You will take responsibility for your own continued professional development and ensure your mandatory pitch-side trauma qualification is up to date.

Your sports therapy background
It is essential that you must hold the following qualifications:

- BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- A valid and up to date Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football or equivalent (Or willing to obtain ahead of start date)
