**Key Responsibilities**:

- This role involves the maintenance and support of all computers (servers, desktops, cash registers, and laptops), databases, network and separate printers, and all other IT equipment
- Booking in IT Equipment, upgrading, preinstalling and preparing orders
- Provides day-to-day technical support/diagnose to customers for Point of Sale software, hardware and robotics including occasional technician installs, configures, and troubleshoots POS system
- Tech support member should support POS software development cycle to include requirement based on customer demand and feedback
- Collect user’s requirements and document and collect develops functional specifications for a better result
- Check and install software updates remotely and perform POS functions sweep before production release
- Perform functional testing, interpretation, and analysis of results of tests
- In case of any issue during the system function, provide technical support for POS help desk
- Manage Knowledge Base Articles Supports in product training
- On-boarding merchants including IT set up
- Product training with internal&externals sales and marketing activities including plan, publish and manage training portal
- Full training provided
