**About the role**

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Support Advisor to join our team.

In this vital role, you will provide high-quality support to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing vulnerability. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, helping them to access and sustain suitable accommodation and supporting them on their journey towards independence.

**Key requirements are**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, front-line service environment.- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer care and support services.- Educated to A Level or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or possess relevant experience in social or supported housing services.- Experience working with vulnerable or homeless individuals is essential.- If you are a proactive, empathetic professional who thrives in a team environment and is committed to supporting those in need, we would love to hear from you.

**Additional Information**

English Fluency: The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post (for those whose language is a signed language the provision of a sign language interpreter who speaks English to the necessary standard of fluency will be required).
