Minibus Drivers

**Part-Time Minibus Driver Opportunity**

Mayfield is a leading Catholic independent boarding and day school, for girls aged 11 to 18, set in approximately 70 acres of beautiful East Sussex countryside and approximately 15 minutes’ drive from Tunbridge Wells. We are seeking **friendly, reliable, and motivated Minibus Drivers** to join our team, providing safe and secure transport for students.

**Key Details**:

- **Hours**: Part-time, afternoons, Monday to Thursday (18:00 to 20:30) & Friday (16:30 to 19:00) Please note drivers are required to attend drivers meetings on a Tuesday morning.
- **Pay Rate**: £14.50 per hour to increase after qualification

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: Must be over 25 to meet insurance requirements
- **Driving License**: A clean license is essential. Priority given to those with a Driver Qualification Card.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills
- **Local Knowledge**: Sound knowledge of the local area
- **Attitude**: Positive, flexible, sensible, and resourceful
- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills are essential
- **Training**: Full training will be provided to successful applicants and compensated

**Additional ad hoc work may be available** (e.g., airport runs, school outings) if interested.

Further opportunities available from January to February for 6-weeks cover driving, 20 hours per week. Please see school website for further details.
