**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support staff in delivering exceptional care to residents.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in senior care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to address concerns and provide updates on care.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents within the care home.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide leadership and training to staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care and staff performance.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in senior care or a similar role within a care home setting is essential.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong IT skills for managing documentation and communication systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents and their families.
- A compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on enhancing resident well-being.
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care would be advantageous.

Pay: £13.21-£13.50 per hour
