Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate supported living projects and outreach services in Halton, Leeds; offering intensive support to individuals with complex mental health issues and forensic backgrounds.

We support people to develop confidence and skills to enable people to achieve their goals and move on to more independent settings.

We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible.

Various hours and shifts available, the hours available include both days and nights, worked over a 7 day rota.

We are looking for committed and person centred individuals to enable the people we support to be as independent as possible and maximise opportunities.

Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Support worker: 1 year (preferred)
- Mental Health: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
