**Role Overview**

**Please note this is an office based role.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Extensive diary management - Meetings / Viewings / Conference Calls / Tour Management
- Fielding calls and enquiries
- Management of Reapit contact databases
- Expenses
- Invoicing and management of invoices from suppliers
- Involvement with IT related matters
- Electronic and paper filing
- Internal Savills communication
- General PA/secretarial duties
- Assisting wider team where necessary
- Anti-Money Laundering checks and paperwork
- Prepare adverts for Financial Times, The London Magazine & Belgravia Magazine
- Add Intel for Sold in Area and general marketing campaigns
- Regularly checking property portal checks

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience working in a busy PA role is essential
- Excellent written and communication skills (including precise spelling and grammar)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Reapit
- Enthusiastic and committed
- Ability to learn new skills, working methods and be adaptable to change
