Our client has a successful network of offices throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, with an excellent reputation and enviable market share in all their locations. They have a very strong Lettings & Management department and are currently lookingto recruit a Head of Property Management to oversee a team of 5-6 property managers, and manage a portfolio of 50-70 properties.

To be considered you will ideally have at least 5 years’ property management experience, be ARLA qualified and have experience supervising/managing a team.

Personal specification:

- 5+ years’ residential property management experience
- Experience managing a team - natural leadership skills
- ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Strong knowledge of the housing act and relevant property legislation
- A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life
- A strong work ethic
- A fierce eye for detail
- IT literate
- First class customer service skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Friendly and approachable.

The salary on offer will be between £40,000 and £50,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
