Design Admin Assistant

**About the Role**
As a Design Admin Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the design process across the seasonal cycle. From assisting in the development of collections to managing key administrative tasks, you’ll work collaboratively with designers, buyers, and suppliers to keep everything on track. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys balancing design input with organisational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Design team, including preparing documents, organising files, and maintaining up-to-date design packs.
- Assisting with concept boards, colour palettes, and presentations at the start of each season.
- Coordinating with suppliers, including managing communication, posting out items, and tracking samples.
- Supporting the preparation of key meetings by collating packs, arranging boards, and taking notes.
- Ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration with Buying, Tech, and Merchandising to deliver against key dates.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working - this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
**About You**
You will be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design. Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple projects, you’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where deadlines matter. You will bring creativity and problem-solving skills to your work, while also being approachable, collaborative, and able to build positive relationships across teams. This is a role where your proactive nature and adaptability will really shine.
You must have:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Miro.
- Strong organisational skills with proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Own Label design within a luxury or bridge brand, or relevant qualifications in print/product design.
