- Location: Swindon
- Salary: Competitive, £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus commission
- Full-time Position with Comprehensive Training and Development Opportunities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry under the guidance of experienced negotiators.
- Assist in facilitating property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers, and providing expert advice on the local market.
- Support in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain an up-to-date database of properties and client information.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
