Content Advisor

The Communications & Marketing department are a key function within our company and play a central role in informing, changing behaviors, protecting reputation among all key audiences - internally and externally.

The role in supporting communities through clear communications and marketing activities has never been more important. The department is structured with small teams of professionals aligned to key communications and marketing disciplines, ensuring we have expert in house knowledge to not only deliver best in class communications activity and campaigns, but also to provide consultancy support to colleagues across the organisation.

This role is classified as an ‘anywhere worker’, allowing for working from home as well as in the office. This hybrid arrangement can be discussed further at interview.

**Content Advisor, 12 month fixed-term contract.**

We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Advisor with strong copywriting skills, especially for writing for digital channels, to join our busy team. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, delivering consistently high-quality and engaging content. This is a key role to ensure content is fit for purpose, digital-first and engages our key audiences in a deep and measurable way.

You will work in the Content team but will work closely with colleagues from the wider communications department, including campaigns, external communications, social, design and internal communications teams.

Content Design skills and knowledge of accessibility requirements are preferable, as the role will include updating platforms.

You will be responsible for planning, developing and managing content across a range of platforms including websites and blogs.

Other deliverables during this fixed term contract will include the development of our professional Communications and Marketing toolkit - the internal resource for our centre of excellence, used by communications professionals within the organisation - as well as supporting the development of new digital campaign channels.
