Our client base consists of reputable commercial companies and private residential properties throughout South Wales, Powys, The Midlands, West of England & South West England.

**Responsibilities**:

- Changing and making beds
- Sanitisation of all areas' of client properties
- Dusting & polishing
- Hovering, sweeping & mopping
- Window cleaning(Internal only)
- Use of washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers
- Oven cleaning
- Fridge & freezer cleaning
- Clearance
- Decluttering
- Deep & standard cleaning
- Ironing & putting away laundry
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Must have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Mileage will be paid for travel outside of your usual area of work. Mileage is paid at £0.45p per mile as set by Hmrc.**

**Must be able to work on your own initiative and without direct supervision**. **This role will involve a lot of physical activity.**

**Though the list isn't exhaustive duties will vary from client to client depending on their requirements.**

**Hourly Rate £12.50-£14.25 per hour.**

**We are the only cleaning company that pays its staff above the legal requirement and we also pay mileage.**

**(These are Example Day Shifts Only) 7am-1pm, 7am-7pm, 1pm-7pm, 8am-2pm,8am-4pm, 8am-6pm, 8am-8pm, 9am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-7pm.**

**(Night Example Shifts) 7pm-7am, 8pm-8am, 9pm-6am, 10pm-7am.**

**Part Time Salary 16 hrs x £12.50=£200 Per week, £800 a month, £9,600 a year.**

**Full Time Salary 40 hrs x £12.50=£500 Per week, £2000 a month, £24,000 a year.**

**There is an expectation that you are prepared to work at least one weekend a month & bank holidays should the need arise.**
