Due to increased demand we are currently recruiting for a **IT Technician** to be based at our busy Head Office in **Milton Keynes**.

The role will see you become part of an existing network team to support internal users with 1st/2nd line problems. To help maintain and support existing IT systems and procedures including modifications and additions as required.This role will be basedin the office full time.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- 1st/2nd IT support for all our employees covering a range of technologies, including our Citrix Desktop estate
- Dealing with Suppliers for all IT needs including hardware and software requirements, generating purchase orders, and ensuring invoices are matched
- Basic Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Desktop/laptop support, including deployment using SCCM.
- Visits to our branch offices to perform hardware installations, office moves, re-locations, health checks and audits. This will involve the lifting and carrying of computer equipment

The ideal applicant will have an IT based qualification and basic IT support/Desktop support skills. Good communications skills to both technical and non-technical people will be essential. Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office365 would be advantageous.
