About the role:
Listening to our call centre calls and providing thorough and helpful advice to the manager to help the agents achieve their goals and targets. Check for call dispositions to see if are correct. On a daily basis, you will pro-actively call listen and engage with the manager to provide feedback.

30 Hour week - Shifts between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Requirements for our Insights Analyst
- 1+ year call monitoring experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong PC Literacy skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Applications
- Organised, excellent time management and ability to work alone and with a team
Responsibilities of our Call Analyst
Listen to calls to provide feedback
Identify, feedback, and offer solutions on trends
Maintenance of spreadsheets and data compilation to provide valuable MI
Provide insights on quality coaching areas to managers
Be efficient and organised
