Every great team needs a Governance and CI lead. The 'conscience' of the team. Somebody to support and coordinate those out in the field.

To improve processes, to define strategies and approaches, to understand corporate governance and regulations and translate that into useable information.

As part of a team that has a global impact, you’ll always be looking for improvements to processes and structures. To make a slick team even slicker.

You’ll also be the lead on UNC (Uniform Network Code) governance, and while you don’t need to know the document back to front, you’ll need to be familiar working with and around similar corporate governance documents.

You’ll digest information and use this to define our strategy on proposals for changes to the UNC, and help define our position and how we approach each proposal.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Annual performance bonus of up to 6% of your salary.
- 25 days holiday (increasing to 26 days following 2 years of employment) plus 8 statutory days - option available to buy extra holiday days.
