As part of our reactive maintenance & project team you will need to hold and NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in either construction / Joinery / Carpentry / Plumbing along with a strong working knowledge of other trades would be highly advantageous.

**What is the role?**

Joining as a Multi Trade working for an established maintenance and refurbishment company, you will play a vital role as part of the reactive/refurbishment team predominantly covering the Midlands area with occasional working away in other areas of the country.

Your duties will include:

- Undertaking multi trade work in occupied commercial & educational settings to complete 1st & 2nd fix work including, Joinery, plumbing, flooring, painting, patch plastering etc
- Undertaking project works that would include Kitchen installs, door hanging, toilet cubicle fit outs, timber facia and soffits, fencing, painting etc

**Who are we looking for?**
- At least 3 years Multi Trade experience
- Full current UK driving licence
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Diligent and thorough with an excellent eye for attention to detail
- An outstanding work ethic and the ability to build good working relationships
- Willingness to work away on occasions with plenty of advance notice
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience of working in commercial & educational settings (desirable)
- Some knowledge of basic electrical safety would be advantageous but not essential (desirable)

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

**Experience**:

- Multi Trade: 3 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
