As part of Pentland Brands, FITCO operates 300+ self-service retail outlets (known as Cubes) throughout the UK, stocking the world’s leading performance sports brands such as Under Armour and Speedo within a network of Health Club partners such as David Lloyd and Virgin Active. The Territory Merchandiser role is a field-based role managing the Cubes within these Clubs across a specific region within the UK.
- Full time position covering Buckinghamshire
- Reporting into the FITCO Senior Territory Merchandiser

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maximising all opportunities in the Health Club network to improve brand awareness and strengthen Cube presence
- Working closely with Health Club Front of House teams to develop key relationships and drive sales and product knowledge
- Determination to maximise visit opportunities and support in exceeding the annual business targets
- Taking ownership of van stock levels ensuring audit results meet KPI’s and stock is well placed across the region
- Visual merchandising individual sites to increase customer shopper potential, focusing on customer profile and end use.
- Managing own day to day journey planning to ensure full coverage of territory is achieved

- Excellent sales and communication skills.

- First-class visual merchandising skills
- Basic IT skills
- Thrives on working under time pressure
- A clean driving licence and ability to drive a Ford Transit equivalent size van for which you will be provided for business use
- Ability to lift up to 20KG without issue

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,500.00 per year
