**Role Description**

We have a number of full-time on-site roles for Asbestos Surveyors located across the Glasgow and surrounding area. You will be responsible for undertaking Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and re inspection surveys across a wide range of properties.

**Location: Glasgow**

**Competitive Salary, based on experience with additional training and benefits.**

**Company van provided.**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- P402 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English
- Experience in a range of property sectors
- UK Driving Licence
- P403/404 is desirable but not essential

**What will you be doing?**
- Meet report deadlines and maintain technical accuracy
- Collaborate with management and scheduling teams for productivity
- Work with auditing and quality teams to ensure exceptional service and maintain accreditation
- Attend regular training
- Participate in operational team meetings for shared learning

**Experience**:

- Asbestos Surveying: 1 year (preferred)

**Licence/Certification**:
P402 (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
