As a **Trainee Events Assistant**, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of events, with a focus on direct sales and brand promotion. This is an entry-level role, perfect for ambitious individuals looking to kick-start their career in events, marketing, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and coordination of promotional events
- Engage with customers to present and promote clients' products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries confidently
- Help generate sales and meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all events
- Monitor customer feedback and report to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences and sales performance

**Requirements**:

- A passion for events and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets
- No previous experience required - full training provided

Pay: £23,823.00-£24,479.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
