**Principle Control System Engineer - Aerospace - £80,000 to £100,000**
A well-backed and growing Cambridge based start-up are looking to bring onboard an experienced control system engineer to join their team. They are looking for someone with a strong background working on the control loop algorithm definition and implementation,ideally with experience in accelerator or gyroscope sensors. As this is a principle role, they are looking for someone with a number of years’ experience and will be happy working closely with clients and leading a team.
You will be responsible for sensor control strategy definition, algorithm design and development and some analogue and digital electronic requirement gathering.
- Deep experience in sensor modelling, design and implementation.
- Good understanding of algorithms such as PID, PLL, LQR, Kalman filters.
- Experience in HIL/SIL/FIL/PIL testing
- C/C++ experience
- Strong academic background
- Strong communication skills

In addition to a strong base salary this role also offers an annual bonus and is a hybrid role.
