**As our next Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will**
- Present a professional, friendly and efficient impression of the Hotel at all times;
- Maintain a good working relationship with your colleagues creating a team that works well together and with other departments;
- Train, coach and motivate all staff under your responsibility;
- Assist GM in a variety of tasks related to the smooth functioning of the operations, of the HR Department and of the managerial area.
**Policy and Procedure**
- To write, implement, communicate and train on all new policies and procedures relating to Talent and Culture.
- To ensure that all existing policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored as necessary.
**Recruitment**
- To ensure that the Hotel's recruitment procedure and practice is in line with the organisation needs, using up to date methods of recruitment are used and updated as and when required.
- To ensure that all employees have completed the necessary documentation and are made fully aware of their contractual requirements.
- To develop good working relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring that rates paid are competitive at all times.
- To build and maintain good links and relationships with schools, colleges and universities for Recruitment purposes and to portray a positive image of the organisation.
**Payroll / Reward**
- To ensure that the policy and rewards are commensurate with the market, competition and compliment the Hotel goals.
- To ensure that all Payroll is administered in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
- To ensure that the Talent and Culture department produce monthly reports for statistical purposes encompassing labour turnover, staffing levels, starters & leavers, absence reports, HR Indicators and holiday provisions.
**Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures**
- To ensure that the Company disciplinary, grievance and appeal procedures are adhered to on all occasions.
- To act as an advisor to Senior Management and HOD's, providing guidance on legal issues and best practice.
