**About us**
**Accounts Assistant**
- Reconcilation of all bank and credit card accounts.
- Maintain the sales ledger including raising invoices, recording accounts receivable, collecting rents, credit control, reconciliation and liasing with tenants and customers.
- Maintain the purchase ledger including inputting of invoices, creating payment runs and submitting for payment, reconcilation and liasing with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review.
- Month end processes
- Quarterly VAT returns
**Requirements**:
- Proficient Sage Accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
