**Pricing Analyst**

Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for an analytically minded Pricing Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Pricing Manager you will be responsible for day to day duties relating to pricing, price queries, competitor’s pricing, and associated administrationin order to deliver against company business objectives. Focus is to provide analysis, conclusions and recommendations, along with administrative and general support.

You will have a natural aptitude for mathematics and statistics, an analytic thinker who has excellent attention to detail and able to solve complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen with a customer-centric attitude.Have an Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge of VBA Macros and Python programming language would be beneficial and educated to a high level in mathematics, statistics, accounting or finance.
- Analyse and report on pricing, margin and profitability
- Be responsible for maintaining the pricing tool for Premium, House and Budget brands
- Implement any price changes
- Prepare and review brand prices
- Implement changes to wholesale customers pricing
- Create and maintain models to reflect customer terms for reporting to commercial director
- Work with purchasing to maintain integrity of data within the system
- Analyse the effect of pricing actions, report progress and implement corrective actions where appropriate with the Pricing Manager/Commercial Director
- Attend Brand review meetings as required
- Provide support to the pricing manager for any pricing quotes/tenders
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis, as required by the Pricing Manager or Senior Management team
- Administration and distribution of general information
