We were the very first care home in East Lancashire to be awarded an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in January 2019.

Our staff have been described by our Residents as “exceptionally kind & caring, pleasant, marvellous and friendly”.

“You’re never too old” is our ethos at Cherry Tree. The CQC observed this to be true and in their inspection witnessed “a home, full of activity, involvement and fun”.

Thinking about our Residents as people, as we would care for our own families, is the reason why we achieved an Outstanding rating in the CQC inspection.

Throughout our 2019 CQC inspection, their team witnessed many examples of how “the registered manager and the team shared a clear commitment to providing a high-quality service which ensured that people could live as fulfilled lives as possible”.

We are recruiting for an integral person to join our Team to deliver Outstanding person centred care, an innovator with ideas to grow our holistic approach to health and well being, and importantly have that natural ability to forge relationships with our Residents and contribute to their fulfilment in living every day as their best day.

You must have our industry standard qualifications, be able to demonstrate your commitment to continued professional development, and have an excellent track record.

This is a Night Time vacancy, full time, permanent position.

**Salary**: £10.20-£11.00 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Care Worker: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
