**SUPPORT WORKER, GH HOUSE, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK03 £18,278 - £19,426**

Exciting opportunity to join a small and friendly supportive team.

GH House specialises in working with people who are experiencing homelessness and the complex range of issues that they can face.

All workers have caseloads working with residents on substance misuse management, health, budgeting and life skills in order to move people on to live independently
- full training provided. All successful applicants will receive organisational training as well as learning ‘on the job’

The post is shift work -8am - 4pm & 2pm -10pm and every other weekend working
