A bit about the role...
- Reporting to the Managing Director - EMENA, leading objectives and programs in support of the business road map for EMENA. Taking accountability for progress reporting (including KPIs) against improvement plans and targets, along with providing regular and ad-hoc supply chain analysis. You will lead key supply chain initiatives to provide business benefits, devise strategic and tactical plans for the management of materials supply, inventory and costs. Developing planning processes to deliver the strategic business plan in a cost-effective manner, collaborate between commercial and operations teams to maximize value from strategy deployment.

o. Lead S&OP process within the region; Forecasting and Demand planning activity for all coffee in the BU.
p. Support the development, integration and deployment of appropriate business systems (e.g., D365) and the implementation Production planning and Inventory Management
q. Management of local 3rd party roastery operations and output
r. 3rd party Warehousing and Distribution Management
s. Network planning to customer distribution centres
t. Customer Services/Account Management for relevant partners (CCH, CCEP, Franchise partners)
u. BU Supplier Management
