**Pick up location** - Pick up goods from Henley -On -Thames

**Position Type**: Part-Time, Weekends

**Positions** - 1

**Hours **- 10 - 20 hours a week ( includes travel time)

Are you passionate about Vegan French patisseries and eager to share your love for plant-based pastries with others? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a market trader at our weekly markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and display a variety of delicious vegan pastries for sale.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, answering any questions they may have about our products.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and assisting with dietary/allergen requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the patisserie stand, including restocking products, cutting small selection of fresh fruit, and keeping the workspace tidy.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our payment system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Set up /Take down the stall pitch.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25kg ( Trolley will be provided)

**Requirements**:

- Passion for vegan patisserie and knowledge of plant-based ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability and flexibility to work varying hours based on market schedules.
- Reliable transportation to and from market locations.
- Medium /large vehicle
- must be able to fit foldable 3x3 meter marque tent + stock/ equipment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Happy to drive 1 - 2hours to each location

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 Course For Catering
