**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recruit top talent at all levels and departments including Sales, Marketing and other functions for London office and other EMEA offices (Paris, Dubai)
- Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective department
- Manage relationship between recruitment agencies

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Min. 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the agency AND inhouse (or RPO) background
- Experience working for different markets in a matrix organization
- Experience with social networks and job boards along with the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
- Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
- Strong business acumen and proactive energetic personality
- Successful track record with commercial of roles within the tech organizations preferred
