We are located in the Earls Court area, covering all of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, along with Belgravia & Westminster.

We are now looking to expand our team through the recruitment of a Lettings Negotiator in buzzing Earl’s Court. This full-time permanent position is offering a basic salary of £18,000 - £23,000 DOE.

**Your role**:
As a Lettings Negotiator you will work closely with our Lettings team & our Administrator. This is a very fast paced role, requiring a super-efficient & extremely organised people-person with a proven track record of success within the rental market.

The main purpose of the role is to maximize the overall business income and profitability. You will be working on qualifying both Landlords and Applicants in order to work towards meeting your set personal targets. You'll also be carrying out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner

- An experienced Negotiator/Experienced Lettings Agent who is ready to step up to the mark.
- A motivated individual looking to work in a busy Lettings Department.
- A fast thinker that adapts to situations accordingly.
- Able to prove a track record in generating new business.
- Resilient, positive and friendly.
- Build long-term relationships with both Landlords & Tenants.
- Experienced within Lettings (previous experience with a corporate firm) & has detailed knowledge of the areas Pomp covers (Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster boroughs).

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong organisational skills
- Driving License is a preference
