Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64 bedded hospital all with ensuite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14 bed Day unit and a high dependency unit. **The Role**Due to exciting developments within our organisation, we are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused Private Patient Advisor to join our hospital team. The post holder will be responsible for efficiently managing the private patient pathway within the hospital to ensure that all private patients receive the service they expect. You will ideally have proven experience of working in an administration setting, and have the ability to organise and prioritise yours and other’s workload. Healthcare experience will be a real advantage. Attention to detail and team working is an important part of this role, along with the ability to use and analyse data.
