- Assist in the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and other groundwork elements.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, promptly clearing debris and materials from site.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow on construction sites.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors immediately to maintain safety on site.

**Skills**
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Familiarity with construction tools and machinery is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
