**To Support the Sales team**

**Summary**

Reporting to the Head of Business working for a progressive, prestige brand. You will be the first point of contact and take pride of place in the reception area to meet and greet customers as they come into the showroom. You will need to display your confidence, positivity and professionalism. A customer service or reception background would be an advantage, what is essential is a genuine passion for the brand and a natural ability to understand and meet customer needs at the start of their journey with us.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Greeting and recording all customer visits
- Telephone & diary management
- Maintaining hospitality areas and showroom standards
- Ordering office supplies
- Liaising with colleagues in the Sales and Service department to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- To act as the Brand Ambassador of the products and services available to customers

**To be successful you will**:

- Good organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative where required.
- Ability to remain calm when working under pressure
- No previous automotive experience is needed, just a desire to deliver great levels of customer service to every customer, every time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
