- To be the “ambassador” who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. As such, the visual merchandiser will get buyer’s attention and provide an excellent in-store experience.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement a creative visual merchandising strategy, by following guideline.
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Act in alignment to Prada s culture, products and image.
- Brief staff on arranging displays.
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Proven work experience as an in-store Visual Merchandiser.- Demonstrable visual design skills with a retail merchandising portfolio if any.- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices- Creative and innovative thinker.- Ability to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results.- Team player as well as being able to work independently.- Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
