**Security Relief Officer**

**Shift Pattern**: Various (Nights/ Days/ Weekends)

**Job Type**: Full-Time 36-72 Hours per week.

Part-time is also available

**Pay**: To be discussed at interview, various between £9.50 - £10.40 per hour

**Overtime**: Overtime is available on a regular basis

**Additionally**:Work place pension, career progression and access to training.

**Duties**:

- Conducting Patrols
- Report writing
- Reporting Health and Safety issues to management
- Responding to alarms on site
- Taking messages accurately and reporting back to management
- Working as part of a team to manage the customer service/ security element
- Building relationships with our clients and tenants, to assist us in improving the
- service we provide
- Complete all paperwork accurately and professionally
- CCTV Control Room duties
- Car Park Management
- Front of house duties and manned guarding

The role will consist of covering sites across Merseyside.

The role requires applicants to have well developed people skills and excellent written and spoken communication skills. The applicant must be of smart appearance and keen to become involved in the day to day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Front-line Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence
- CCTV Licence
- Must drive
- Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Must be punctual
- Must be organised and have good administration skills
- Must be reliable with excellent time management skills
- Smart, well-groomed and confident.
- A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
- Conflict management aware
- High level of Customer Care Awareness
- Security systems knowledge
- An enthusiasm to learn and improve your skills

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.40 per hour

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA (required)
