**Part-time Waiter / Waitress - Bartender**

**We require at least 1 year of experience in a Restaurant (not pub or fast food)**

Working times are from Tuesday to Sunday from 4pm to 11pm. We are looking only for weekends availability Friday to Sunday (minimum 1 shift of 7 hours per week).

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and serve drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including operating a cash register and processing payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests seated at the bar
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter or bartender
- Experience in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and willingness to follow them strictly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

All training needed will be given.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.90-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 21 per week
