An exciting opportunity has become available for one of my clients in Brackley who’s expertise has built a loyal customer base all over the UK as well as internationally. The company is now experiencing more and more growth and is looking to recruit anumber of production operatives to join their team. You will be working within the production department and will learn to manufacture and design a bespoke product with the use of hand tools and machinery.
The Role: During this role you will be tasked with learning a highly skilled trade offering opportunities to learn about the latest techniques and use of equipment such as printing machines where you can advance to working with graphics and using graphic designsoftware (Training will be provided).
You will also be responsible for purchasing materials and liaising with suppliers on a daily basis making sure the correct materials have been ordered before any manufacturing gets under way.
What we look for?
The production environment is very fast paced and does require standing for long periods of time and operating heavy machinery being fit and healthy is paramount to the role.
What we give to you
A starting salary of £19,000 - £21,000 dependant on experience plus any overtime worked
Excellent training and room for progression
All tools and equipment provided
