**Food and Beverage Team - Southampton Airport**

We are Recruiting for Food and Beverage Team, Chefs and Deputy Managers as our contract at Southampton expands, serving our customers both Land and Air Side.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
- Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
- Keeping the bar area clean
- Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented
- Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations

For our Chef and Manager vacancies, previous experience in the areas will be required.

This role will require you to undergo full security clearance, which will be carried out by us if you are successful in securing a role with us. This will require a full 5 year checkable work or education history with all gaps accounted for.
