We are working with an extremely well-regarded global designer to find a Private and Business PA to support him with all aspects of his business and life.
You would form a key part of a small close-knit sociable team based in a lovely Chelsea studio.
As a PA, you will ideally have experience working in a similar role where you have provided support to a Principle on both their business and Private requirements, but we are flexible if you have the right personal traits and some relevant experience. Someexposure to working on finance matters and property management would be a huge advantage.
Personal Assistant Tasks:
- Diary management and making appointments both business and private
- Drafting and sending correspondence
- Full Management of the Principal’s properties UK and overseas
- Management of all PR for the brand
- Travel arranging including all visas and accommodation for business and personal trips
- Organising beautiful events - both team and external
- Full Social Media support
- Supporting on personal financial matters and liaison with all relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the office manager with cover and assistance as required
We are seeking a Personal Assistant with a helpful, personable nature someone who is innately comfortable finding solutions and being resourceful as needed.
You will be required to work in the studio 5 days per week, but with lovely surroundings, a sociable team and an amazing role, why wouldn’t you want to?
