Are you passionate about technology and education? Comex 2000 is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Technology Training Specialist to become an integral part of our IT & Systems team in Derby. This role will involve national travel, providing you the opportunity to engage with teams across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Training Development and Delivery**
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, user guides, and documentation for Depotnet and other IT systems.
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and remotely across multiple UK sites.
- Customise training programs to address the specific needs of different teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in the use of Depotnet and other IT tools.

**Content Creation**
- Design and produce interactive and engaging training content using a variety of multimedia tools and platforms, including videos, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Continuously refine training materials based on participant feedback and evolving system requirements.

**IT Training and Support**
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends and incorporate relevant updates into your training sessions.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees on IT-related queries as needed.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with IT and operational teams to stay updated on system changes and enhancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Analyse feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement and suggest system enhancements where necessary.

**Travel**
- Frequently travel to various UK sites to deliver standardized, high-quality training.
- Ensure consistent training delivery across all locations, maintaining the same high standards of instruction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Systems Trainer or in a similar role, ideally with exposure to field-based workflow systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and an ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating multimedia training content.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
