Rosie Etienne focuses on releasing small exclusive collections, focusing on quality over quantity at all times.

With a successful line of designs beloved by women worldwide, our vision is to continue to create unique pieces that push the boundaries of modern bridal and evening wear. We aim to experiment with new silhouettes, whilst staying true to the brand ethos, of ensuring women feel confident and empowered, as they celebrate their special moments in life.

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will collaborate directly with the founder, designer and Sample maker to advance the creative vision, transforming sketches into unique and innovative patterns
- As the sole Pattern Cutter, this is an exciting opportunity to provide valued input to a small team
- Ensure that all patterns are produced and finalised to the required fit and measurement standards
- Participate in fitting sessions, take comments, provide proactive and focused input to ensure further development and smooth production processes
- Work with the designer to create tech packs for production and review any issues that arise
- Work with designer to analysis return data and amend patterns as needed

**Requirements**:
**ABOUT YOU**
- You are a talented Creative Pattern Cutter with Minimum 4 years' experience, preferably in a high-end / luxury fashion brand
- Good understanding of the creative process and experimental pattern solutions with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience with structure, corsetry and couture techniques - direct bridal wear experience is not necessary
- Experience with satin, silks and bias cuts - ability to drape effectively is crucial
- Utilise creative pattern cutting skills to develop original samples and prototypes
- Grade patterns to our standard sizing
- Work through any return issues and adapt patterns as needed
- Self motivated and happy to manage own workload
- Enjoy working in a small team, where quality is valued over quantity

**WHAT WE PROVIDE**

Although we are an international brand with significant growth, we genuinely focus on quality over quantity. We do not create designs to fulfil a quota of pieces in a collection, we work with intent, creating pieces we know will be loved by our following.

Pay is 40-45k based on experience

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
