You must have proven cleaning experience and have an excellent eye for detail. You are reliable, conscientious and have a good work ethic.

You will have your own vehicle and are happy to work on your own.

The Cleaning Job Description...
- dust away cobwebs
- dust pictures and ornaments
- thoroughly clean bathrooms
- Clean kitchen units, cooker hobs, glass fronts, descale kitchen sinks
- clean mirrors
- plump up sofa cushions
- tidying rooms when required
- Empty dustbins
- occasional bed making
- occasional ironing
- polish wood surfaces, shine stainless steel and glass
- wipe skirting boards
- vacuum and mop floors
- washing of cleaning cloths

You are
- polite, curtious and respectful to clients and their homes
- able to work in a timely manner
- are reliable and have a good eye for detail.

- you may have other commitments (you work for other businesses, you care for children/elderly parent) this position provides the opportunity to commit as little as one working day a week.
- provides flexible working eg an employer may only provide 20 days holiday per annum and can be within school hours 9:9.15- 2.30.

- you have the right to substitute your days work with an appropriate substitute (must be approved)

Character Description
- You are trustworthy with no criminal record and are happy to have a DBS check.
- Ideally, you have cleaning experience and you are confident to work on your own or as part of a cleaning team.
- Ideally, you have a clean manual driving licence and have your own transport
- You can think on your feet and use your own initiative
- You are time conscious and work at a good pace
- You are reliable and punctual and once you have committed to work you fulfil your obligations
- You are friendly and considerate of others

We invite genuine applicants for a paid trial where experience and pace will he assessed to set hourly rate.

Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
