**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

- We are a group of male & female co-tenants living in our own apartments in a shared housing scheme. Our ages range between 40 upwards.Some of us receive support and some of us live independently.We love to socialise with each other and a also entertain our friends and family in our home.When we do require support, it can be anything from personal care, help to clean our apartment, cooking and preparing meals, medication support, accessing the community for appointments or just a welfare call to keep us company.
- The scheme is purpose built to support with maintaining our own independence
- There is a large mature private garden with trees for shade and places to sit and move around; just fantastic to use in the summer.
- There is shared communal lounge where we can spend time with each other and our friends and family
- We have a Bistro, Hairdressers, Hobby Room, Pamper room, Assisted Bathroom and Guest room available
- There is parking available on site
- You will work alongside an experienced and supportive staff team
- The staff are based in the staff room downstairs but will come to the apartments at the times we need them and also respond to our pendant is we need them to.
