Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate : £10.42

**Role**:

- To carry out day to day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services, and grounds.
- To ensure that the Care Facility is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order.
- To carry out Fire Safety Checks.

**Required**:

- General Maintenance knowledge / experience e.g., minor electrical, plumbing, joinery and painting work etc.
- Good communication skills - spoken and written English essential.
- Confident team player.
- Clean driving licence.
- Willingness to receive training via E-Learning on a variety of relevant topics.
- Satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Check

**Desired**:

- An understanding of central heating systems, laundry equipment and hot and cold-water systems.
- A knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
- A knowledge of Fire Safety Awareness and Fire Safety Principles

Previous care home experience
