Hantec Markets is looking for a Senior Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. Located in London and reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the role drives Hantec Markets creative direction within Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and South America.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience of executing marketing projects from conception to production, using best practice and market intelligence.

Ultimately, you will ensure the creative and design output promotes our brand through delivering high quality design and creative projects to tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Custodian of the Hantec Markets brand
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects and all key mediums
- Plan and execute global creative campaigns
- Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Analyse Hantec creative positioning and benchmark against regional competitors

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Working experience in both image and video production (Digital and Print.)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Experience producing HTML5 display adverts and editable documentation would be advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to follow and develop our current brand guidelines.
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with a globally dispersed team
- Ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects simultaneously
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
- Experience or at least be comfortable producing content in various languages (translations supplied)
- Flexibility and understanding that when working for a global business across multiple time zones it is sometimes necessary to work outside of normal working hours

Experience of the leveraged trading industry is preferred but not essential.
